Stephen Booth (Dip Tchg, CLU, AFP) in December 2009 had the status of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) conferred on him by IFA (Institute of Financial Advisers). A CLU member has demonstrated advanced competence as an insurance writer by completing.

- Vocational training (the current requirement is a Certificate in Financial Services, equivalent to six months full time learning).

- An approved Graduate or Post-Graduate Diploma, equivalent to a years full time university study.

- Two years approved mentoring and 5 years of approved practical experience.

Stephen continues to study towards the attainment of CFP (Certified Financial Planner) status.

Commercial Office Fund - 2010 Distribution Outlook

No distribution is forecast for Financial Year 2010.

Further progress has been made towards the reduction of Fund debt. The ksy strategies of the Fund are to reduce gearing levels further and enable the Fund to recommence paying distributions as soon as possible with minimal unitholder dilution.
