Stephen continues to study towards the attainment of CFP (Certified Financial Planner) status.

No distribution is forecast for Financial Year 2010.
Further progress has been made towards the reduction of Fund debt. The ksy strategies of the Fund are to reduce gearing levels further and enable the Fund to recommence paying distributions as soon as possible with minimal unitholder dilution.

Due to the Fund's high gearing level all surplus earnings are currently being applied to repay debt. Distributions are currently on hold and will not recommence until the LVR is reduced to below 58%.
