Stephen Booth (Dip Tchg, CLU, AFP) in December 2009 had the status of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) conferred on him by IFA (Institute of Financial Advisers). A CLU member has demonstrated advanced competence as an insurance writer by completing.
- Vocational training (the current requirement is a Certificate in Financial Services, equivalent to six months full time learning).
- An approved Graduate or Post-Graduate Diploma, equivalent to a years full time university study.
- Two years approved mentoring and 5 years of approved practical experience.
Stephen continues to study towards the attainment of CFP (Certified Financial Planner) status.

Commercial Office Fund - 2009 Distribution Outlook
Given current loanto value ratio (LVR) constraints and uncertainty regarding the planned capital raising , the Fund's distributable income is expected to be retained and used to retire debt. No distributions are expected be paid for the 2009 year.
Commercial Office Fund - 2010 Distribution Outlook
Given the timetable for the capital raising will extend to late 2009, investors should not plan for the resumption of normal distributions. Firm guidence relating to 2010 distributions is unlikely to be made until late this year.
Social Infrastructure Trust - 2009 Distribution Outlook
A full year distribution is intended to be made in late July 2009. Distribution details will be provided during the first week of July 2009.
